Covid-19 | Having a Safe Photoshoot

On 28th May, Boris Johnson announced that from Monday 1st June we could meet up to 6 people from different households in outdoor space. Great news as this now means I can offer socially distanced photoshoots, providing beautiful images for your family.

I am very aware of how important it is to continue social distancing and regular hand-washing. With this in mind I want to reassure my clients that I am taking every precaution to keep you and myself safe by implementing the following guidelines:

  • Keep at least 2 metres apart from each other throughout the photoshoot.

  • Wash hands before leaving the house, use hand gel upon arrival and departure of the photoshoot location, wash hands upon returning home.

  • My camera and equipment will be wiped down with an antibacterial wipe before and after every photoshoot.

  • If I or anybody in your household feels poorly or has symptoms of Covid-19, I will postpone the photoshoot.

  • Flexibility on changing photoshoot dates will be standard during this time.

  • Refunds will be offered if you, anybody in your household or I feel unwell or display any symptoms of Covid-19, resulting in the cancellation of the photoshoot.

I also want to reassure you that the standard of my photography will not be affected due to social distancing. I naturally keep some distance when photographing families for compositional requirements and because my lenses pull the foreground closer to the camera. If I do take tighter images, I will be able to do this with my various lenses.

If you have any questions or want to discuss a potential photoshoot, please get in touch.
